Symptom: Severe, daily pain in pelvis with associated irregular bleeding (spotting) of "old blood" on all days except my menstrual cycle. My menstrual cycle was irregular and extremely heavy, and I had trouble ovulating and getting pregnant.

Result: More regular menstrual cycle, reduced pain, leading to eventual pregnancy of "natural" identical twins. -D.S.
