A 43-yr-old infertility patient failed 4 IUIs and 6 IVFs (#6 was with donor eggs) prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. After 10 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case during her frozen IVF cycle with donor egg, she failed her IVF #7 with donor eggs. After 6 more acupuncture treatments. She got pregnant with donor. She is now 4 month pregnant. (3-23-05)

A 41-yr-old infertility patient failed 5IUIs and 2 IVFs prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. After many acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case, she failed her 3rd IVF cycle. She decided with donor egg, After 11 more acupuncture treatments. She got pregnant with donor egg. She is now 5 week pregnant.

A 39-yr-old infertility patient failed 4IUIs and 5 IVFs ( 5th IVF was with donor egg) prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture back in Jan 2003. After 21 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case, she got pregnant from frozen embryo transfer with donor egg . Her child is 2 years old as of Feb. 2005. She is now over 42 and has started working on her 2nd child. She had 5 more acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case, she got pregnant again from fresh embryo transfer with donor egg late April 2005.

A 42-yr-old infertility patient failed 3 IVFs with her own eggs and later had a 16 months old child with donor egg prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. After 11 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case during her frozen IVF cycle with donor egg, she still not successful with frozen transfer of donor eggs. After 6 more acupuncture treatments. She got pregnant fresh with donor cycle. She is now pregnant with twins. 6-4-05

A 35-yr-old infertility patient with FSH 38.9 failed 5 IUIs and is on her 6th IUI prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. She can't produce enough eggs for IVF in the past. After 6 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case she was not successful with her 6th IUI. She then tried to get pregnant on their own with 8 more acupuncture and herbs for 2 cycles w/o success. She went for donor eggs. After 4 more acupuncture treatments. She got pregnant fresh with donor cycle. She is now pregnant. 6-25-05

A 33-yr-old infertility patient failed to get pregnant after trying on their own for over 2 years. She had stopped menstruating for over 9 months and needed Provera to start her period. She failed one IUI and tried IVF but cancelled due to poor response (only 2 follicles and did not grow). Her FSH was only 7. She drove from San Diego weekly to see Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture starting on 3/26/05. After 11 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case, she got pregnant naturally with acupuncture and herbs alone without any other infertility treatments (IUI or IVF) in less than 3 months.

A 32-yr-old infertility patient failed 5 IUIs with one abnormal pregancy prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. She had only one acupuncture for infertility treatment designed for her individual case before she had her 6th IUI. She did not get pregnant. Her husband had 8 acupuncture treatments to improve sperm quantity and quality. She had 4 more treatments herself and got pregnant on her 1st IVF. 6-4-05

A 37-yr-old infertility patient failed 8 IUIs and one IVF with 3 miscarriages prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. After 11 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case, she got pregnant on her 2nd IVF. She found out at wk 6 that she has twins. 6-15-05

A 41-yr-old infertility patient failed 1IUI and 4 IVFs with one year of acupuncture done by another acupuncturist prior to seeing Dr. Lee for infertility treatment with acupuncture. She started her 1st treatment with Dr. Lee on her 1st day of IVF stimulation. Pregnancy rate increases drastically when patient is 100% balance. But, she was over 30% off her normal balance. After 5 acupuncture for infertility treatments designed for her individual case during (should be before) her IVF cycle, she did not get pregnant on her 5th IVF. But, she was in balance with the 5 treatments. She had 6 more acupuncture treatments with her 6th IVF and found out she was pregnant on 6-17-05.

Bottom line: Patient has better chance to get pregnant with IVF when she is in optimal balance.
